Buzzing bee, just another one or a deep metaphor?

Honey bees.

To a 6 year old child, a honey bee is a beautiful object for a drawing. To farmers, environmentalists, an organism that is a huge source of income & ethical importance. And to me? A subject to write about.

Mid summer afternoon. Something indefinitely related to summer are the power cuts. One such day it was. Humidity at its peak, sleepy head, uncomfortable weather pattern and a clumsy mind.
In shoots a honey bee straight into my room, through the window pane, assuming itself to resemble Superman, Spiderman, whatever-man who could possibly fly so gracefully and leave you dumbstruck.

With the bee accompanied it's buzzing. ZzzzZZZzzz.
What does it imply? Is it muttering something because it flew into the room attracted by shades of blue & peach of the walls or probably hoping to find sweet nectar & in turn found nothing but a homo sapien  (I'm a biology student, like to complicate simple things, Yes, Homo sapien as in a human)who instead of showing it the way out, is busy filmming the life history of a honey bee in the mind. Poor honey! Fallen into the rattrap, maybe flower-trap, no,color-trap.

It races across the room. Still hoping to find something worthwhile. Hope. Yes, hope. The biggest of all that induces a sense of euphoria. Well, there I drift again. So, back to the bee. It races, It buzzes. In a different rhythm this time. Again, mutterings? Maybe not.

The human mind! Travels faster than the speed of light. The homo sapien finally realizes it's time to let the honey bee out. The window pane slides & out shoots the honey bee, back to its habitat. To its rose tinted sky, to its flowers that provide the sweetest nectar. But this time, the honey bee bids goodbye without a buzz. Without a thank you. That's rude. What was it even thinking?

Well, the human mind starts buzzing again. . .
